摘 要:随着我国医学科技的不断提高以及中国国际影响力的日益扩大,来华留学生人数也日渐增多,来华的医学留学生的教育已成为我国现代化教育的重要组成部分。然而由于语言障碍,文化背景差异,以及由此导致的心理失衡等问题严重的影响了来华留学生的学习热情,降低了留学生的教育教学质量,甚至在一定程度上影响整个社会的稳定和发展。因此,深入的探索影响医学留学生"跨文化适应"的可能原因及解决策略就显得非常重要。文章从强化语言培训,注重人文关怀,开展心理疏导等方面出发,初步探索了促进来华医学留学生"跨文化适应"的策略和手段,以期为我国当前时代背景下的医学留学生教育提供一个范本。With the continuous improvement of medical science and technology in China and the expansion of Chinese international influence, the number of international students in China is increasing day by day, and the education of international students in China has become an important part of China’s modern education. However, due to language barriers, cultural background differences, and the resulting psychological imbalance, ect, the enthusiasm of foreign students in China have been seriously affected, which reduced the quality of education, and even affected the stability and development of the whole society to some extent. Therefore, it is very important to explore the possible reasons and solutions to the "cross-cultural adaptation" of international medical students. From the aspects of strengthening language training, paying attention to humanistic care and carrying out psychological counseling, we preliminarily explore the strategies and means to promote the "cross-cultural adaptation" of medical students in China, and to provide a model for medical education of international students under the current background of our country.
