超声空化效应对大功率LED封装胶黏度的影响

摘  要:提出利用超声空化效应处理混合胶液,从而达到降低胶液黏度、实现胶液顺利转移的目的;搭建了超声处理荧光粉胶液的实验平台,研究了超声功率、超声频率和超声处理时间对胶液黏度的影响规律,采用气动点胶机将处理后的胶液进行点胶,比较了处理前后两种情况的出胶情况和胶滴直径。实验结果表明,经过超声处理后,胶液黏度明显下降,且出胶顺利、断胶均匀,喷射点胶过程中,胶液的一致性显著提高;超声处理环氧树脂与荧光粉混合胶液,可以有效降低粉胶混合液的黏度,并实现顺利点胶。A new method is proposed to achieve a lowered viscoelastic epoxy and smooth dispensing by using ultrasound. In order to obtain a better process parameters, different factors of the ultrasonic process,including power,ultrasonic frequency, processing time, were studied in this paper. Dispensing situation and droplet diameter were compared and analyzed before and after experimentation. Dispensing consistency was increased significantly and fluid viscoelasticity decreased significantly after processing. It is obvious that ultrasonic treatment has the effect of reducing the viscosity of the mixed glue and achieve a smooth dispensing.
