摘 要:创新并完善教师考核评价体系是深化高等教育综合改革的紧迫任务。基于高职院校教师考核评价在目标定位、项目设置、高职特征、运行保障等方面存在的问题,高职院校应立足新时期教师发展要求和职教师资特点,积极探索,将常态化、周期性考核评价项目与发展性、针对性的多元化考核评价项目有机结合,并纳入行业经历、社会服务等具有"高职"特征的考核评价内容,不断健全考核评价保障机制,从而建立具有高职院校特色的教师考核评价体系。Innovating and perfecting the teacher evaluation system is an urgent task for deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education. Based on the problems of teacher evaluation in the higher vocational colleges in terms of target orientation, project setting, higher vocational characteristics and operational guarantee, higher vocational colleges should be based on the development requirements of higher vocational teachers in the new era, the characteristics of vocational teachers, and actively explore the organic combination of the normalization, the periodic assessment and the developmental and targeted diversified assessment and evaluation projects. Meanwhile, it is advisable to involve industry experience and social services, which are characterized by being“higher vocational”, and continuously improve the assessment and evaluation guarantee mechanism to establish a teacher evaluation system with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
