摘　　要：《管子》所论述的孝德思想,早于《论语》,也早于《孝经》,其以人性趋利避害的本质为基础,认为孝德是子女对父母慈爱的回报,"势"是孝德存在的保障,除五害为孝德的前提,建立了家族、君臣、师承三大孝德理论体系,并将孝德与仁、四维以及孝治思想相融合。主张通过加强教化、以孝选贤、诛赏之据等手段来维持和推广孝德,以建立稳定和谐的统治秩序、伦理秩序与社会秩序,来扭转春秋之后的礼坏乐崩的混乱局面。《管子》的孝德思想引发了先秦诸子对孝德理论的探讨与争鸣,对黄老之学和儒家思想影响深刻,并对西汉及后世封建王朝的政治、社会、意识形态等都产生了深刻影响。The thought of filial piety discussed in Guanzi is earlier than that in the Analects and also earlier than that in the Book of Filial Piety .It is based on the essence of humanity's advantage and avoidance.It is believed that filial piety is the return of children to their parents' love and kindness.The "potential" is the guarantee of the existence of filial piety and the five evils are the premises of filial piety.The three filial piety theory systems of the family, the monarch and the teaching have been established, which is merged with the benevolence, the four dimensions and the governance of filial piety.The thought of filial piety discussed in Guanzi advocated to maintain and promote the filial piety by strengthening education, promoting through their filial piety behavior, and rewarding evidence in order to establish a stable and harmonious ruling order, ethical order and social order, and to reverse the chaos of society after the Spring and Autumn Period.The filial piety thought of Guanzi triggered the discussion and contend of the filial piety theory in the pre-Qin dynasty.Not only did it have a profound influence on the thought of Huang Di and Lao Zi and on Confucianism, but also it produced great effect on the political, social and ideological forms of the Western Han Dynasty and later feudal dynasties.
