摘 要:目的将BOPPPS教学模式引入中医饮食护理课程中,与传统教师讲授式教学模式相比,探析其在该门课程中的教学效果。方法采取问卷调查法,从膳食阴阳平衡、膳食五味平衡、膳食三因制宜三个方面,分析学生学习该项内容后应用中医饮食护理相关知识的能力,从而总结该模式的教学效果。结果总体而言,从以上三个方面比较,BOPPPS教学效果优于传统教师讲授式教学效果,差异有统计学意义P<0.01。结论BOPPPS教学模式能更好的促进学生掌握中医饮食护理知识,并影响其膳食行为。Objective To introduce the BOPPPS teaching mode into the Chinese medicine nursing course, and to explore the teaching effect in this course compared with the traditional teaching mode. Methods Through the questionnaire survey method, the study analyzed the ability of students to apply the knowledge related to diet nursing of traditional Chinese medicine after learning the content from the three aspects of the balance of yin and yang, the balance of five tastes of meals, and the regulation of three factors of diet, so as to summarize the teaching effect of this mode. Results In general, BOPPPS teaching effect was better than traditional teaching effect from the three aspects above, and the difference had significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching mode can promote students to master the knowledge of Chinese medicine diet nursing and affect their dietary behavior.
