德国职业教育绿色技能培养模式及启示

摘　　要：德国绿色技能培养,依据职业范围不同有广义和狭义两个维度。广义绿色技能面向传统职业在内的每一个职业,培养目标是使受教育者了解所在职业与环境的作用关系,并要求在职业教育过程中对环境资源持负责任的态度。培养模式是将"环境保护"作为标准化的职业特征,写入教育框架计划和框架教学计划。狭义绿色技能是以"低碳、环保、循环"为特征的绿色新兴职业,培养目标是跨职业的关键能力、专业能力、跨职业和职业具体的环境知识和能力。培养模式主要是"职业教育+继续教育与培训":首先通过职业准备教育打好专业基础;再通过继续教育培养专业化的绿色技能。德国绿色技能培养模式可为我国职业教育的绿色技能培养提供参考。The cultivation of green skills in Germany, based on the scope of occupation, included two dimensions: the broad green skills and the narrow green skills. Broad green skills oriented toward every occupation including traditional occupations, and its training goal is to make educate understand the relationship between occupation and environment, and request them to be responsibilities for environmental resources during the process of vocational education. The training mode is regarding"environmental protection"as the standardized vocational characteristic, which is written into the educational framework plan and the framework teaching plan. The narrow green skills is green emerging occupations characterized by"low carbon, environmental protection, circle", and its training goal is cross-occupational key competencies, professional competencies, cross-occupational and career-specific environmental knowledge and competencies. The training mode is mainly"vocational education + continuing education and training": Firstly, to lay a good professional foundation through vocational preparation education;Then to develop the specialized green skills through continuing education. The German green skills training mode can provide reference for the green skill training of vocational education in China.
