摘  要:目的探讨护理本科生在临床体验过程中对人文关怀的认知。方法采用便利抽样法,选取苏州大学护理学院2016级26名护理本科生为研究对象。对其临床体验日记以及座谈会结果进行分析。结果经过临床体验,学生对人文关怀有了初步的认识与反思,共提炼出3个主题:感知关怀,反哺他人,反思关怀。结论早期临床体验可以提升学生的人文关怀能力,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the cognition on humanistic care of nursing undergraduates in the process of early clinical experience. Methods We selected 26 nursing undergraduates with Grade 2016 in school of nursing of Soochow University as subjects by convenience sampling. Then, we analyzed their clinical experience diary and results of symposium. Results Students had a preliminary understanding and self-examination on humanistic care by clinical experience. A total of three themes were refined including perceived care, regurgitation-feeding other and reflection care. Conclusions Early clinical experience could improve humanistic care of students, which is worth to be promoted and referred.
