摘 要:推进供给侧结构改革是新时代我国经济转型的重要策略,也是解决产能过剩,增加供给质量与效率的方式。经济领域的供给侧改革思维可以运用到高校继续教育领域。对于高校继续教育供给侧改革而言,也出现了产能过剩、管理体制滞后以及创新力不足等问题。当下推进高校继续教育供给侧改革是新时代发展的客观要求,也是高校继续教育自身发展的诉求。基于这样的逻辑,在新时代,高校继续教育改革必须要从去冗余产能、供给结构调整以及创新力提升等方面促进其转型发展,进而不断提升高校继续教育供给质量与效率。Promoting supply-side structural reform is an important strategy for China s economic transformation in the new era,and it is also a way to solve overcapacity and increase supply quality and efficiency.The supply-side reform thinking in the economic field can be applied to the field of continuing education in colleges and universities.As for the reform of the supply-side education of colleges and universities,there have also been problems such as overcapacity,lagging management system and insufficient innovation.Promoting the supply-side reform of continuing education in colleges and universities is an objective requirement for the development of the new era,and it is also the demand for the continued development of colleges and universities.Based on this logic,in the new era,the reform of continuing education in colleges and universities must promote its transformation and development from the aspects of redundant production capacity,supply structure adjustment and innovation enhancement,and thus continuously improve the quality and efficiency of continuing education supply in colleges and universities.
