摘 要:以"体育新课改"为主线,对近20年中小学体育课程教学改革的历程进行回顾。认为:"体育新课改"经历理论准备期、激情进入期、争论反思期、改革修正期、过渡转换期5个阶段;"体育新课改"强化对学生体育学习主动性的关注,促进对体育课程目标的多维思考,同时,存在"对体育课程性质认识产生偏差""体育课程的目标模糊"等不足。基于对成功体育课改"5要素"的分析,提出"体育新新课改"的发展方向:在促进终身体育目标的实现中体现学科价值;在"立德树人"的实效中体现学科价值;建立系统、完整、递进、有效、符合各年龄阶段学生身心特点的体育课程教学体系等。Based on the"physical education sport curriculum reform in the primary and secondary schools",the study reconsidered the physical education curriculum reform in the past 20 years.It maintains that the reform experienced the 5 stages of theory preparation,entering,argument,revision and transition.The"new curriculum reform in physical education"has promoted the students’focus on the physical education learning and the multi-dimensional thinking of the objective of physical education curriculum.At the same time,however,it has caused the problems like"the cognition deviation to the attributes of physical education curriculum","the obscurity to the objectives of physical education curriculum",etc.With the analysis of"5 elements",the study proposes the development direction of"new curriculum reform in physical education",that is,to present its disciplinary value in the process of life-long physical education,to realized its disciplinary value in the practice of"morality education";to establish a complete,progressive and effective teaching system of physical education curriculum which suits the mental and physical characteristics of students at various age stages.
