摘　　要：明朝初年,为了加强对官吏的监督管理,整治日趋严重的官场贪腐,巩固大明王朝的统治,明太祖朱元璋制定了一系列的监督监察制度,取得了较为显著的社会效果。In the early years of Ming Dynasty, in order to strengthen the supervision and management of the bureaucrats, rectify the increasingly serious official corruption, and consolidate the rule of Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang formulated a series of supervision and supervision systems and achieved relatively significant social effects.
