摘　　要：从地方高等学校的“化工领域”专业学位硕士人才培养目标出发,结合地方化工产业发展对高素质“化工领域”专业学位硕士创新性应用人才的需求趋势,对“化工领域”专业学位硕士人才培养课程体系的构建、考核制度的健全及教学模式的改革等方面进行系统集成研究,提出以产业需求为导向的“化工领域”专硕课程体系结构优化,培养目标与课程体系一致、理论与实践有机结合的课程综合考核制度,融入多元化教学方法的相关课程教学新模式。From local institutions of higher learning “chemical engineering” professional degree master's talent training goal,combined with the local chemical industry development of “chemical engineering” professional degree master's innovative high quality application talented person's demand trend,the "chemical engineering" professional degree master's talents training course system construction,evaluation system of sound and the reform of teaching mode for system integration research,put forward to industry demand as the guidance of “chemical engineering” professional master's course system structure optimization,training objective and curriculum system is consistent,the organic combination of theory and practice of course,a comprehensive appraisal system into the diversification of teaching methods of teaching new pattern.
