摘　　要：药物化学课程内容繁杂,综合性强。采用传统教学法,学生参与课堂的积极性不高,效果不理想。案例教学作为一种新的模式,在大学课堂教学中具有独特的优势。在药物化学教学中,合理运用案例教学法可充分调动学生的主观能动性和创造性,激发学习兴趣,提高综合素质,促进师生教学相长。该教学法是对传统教学法的有益补充。The content of medicinal chemistry is miscellaneous.It is difficult to achieve ideal effect using traditional teaching method,and students are not enthusiastic about classroom teaching.Case-based teaching,as a new mode,has unique advantages.Appropriate implementation of case method in medicinal chemistry theory teaching can mobilize the initiative and creativity of students,stimulate their interest in learning,and improve the comprehensive quality,which benefits students as well as teachers.It is a profitable supplement to traditional teaching method.
