摘  要:研究生教育处于国民教育体系的顶端,承担着人才升级和创新升级的双重使命,在国家创新体系建设中具有举足轻重、不可替代的重要作用。但通过近几年的发展,医学高水平的人才教育依然达不到我省医疗水平全面发展的多样化需求,高层次人才的质量和数量与国内外及周边省份比较还有很大差距。提高质量成为新一轮研究生教育改革和发展最紧迫最核心的任务,我省医学高校以实际出发,发挥"研究平台"优势,构建"科教结合"平台作为创新人才的培养模式,是促进医学研究生教育质量提升和内涵发展的有效措施之一。Graduate education is at the top of the national education system. It bears the dual mission of talent upgrading,innovation and upgrading. It plays an important and irreplaceable role in the construction of the national innovation system. However,through the development in recent years,the high-level medical education of talents still cannot meet the diversified needs of the comprehensive development of medical level in our province. The quality and quantity of high-level talents are still far from the domestic and foreign provinces. Improving quality has become the most urgent and core task of the new round of post-graduate education reform and development. The medical colleges in our province take the advantage of“research platform” and build a“scientific and educational integration”platform as a training mode for innovative talents. It is one of the effective measures for improving the quality of education and connotation development.
