摘　　要：辅导员不仅是学生工作的主力,更是在应对心理问题学生工作中发挥重要作用。结合工作经历,笔者选取两个案例进行对比分析,介绍两个案例中的相同之处、不同之处、针对性的干预措施以及成效。最后,基于比较分析,提出辅导员应对心理问题学生的相关机制。Counselors are not only the main force of student work,but also play an important role in dealing with the work of students with psychological problems. Combining the work experience,the author selects two cases for comparative analysis, and introduces the similarities,differences,targeted interventions,and effectiveness in the two cases. Finally,based on com- parative analysis,the related mechanisms of counselors coping with students’psychological problems are proposed.
