摘　　要：现代学徒制是应用型专业提升人才培养质量的有效途径。江苏农林职业技术学院木材加工技术专业实施“现代学徒制”人才培养尝试,取得了较好效果。本文对首届木材加工技术专业现代学徒制“试点班”进行了跟踪研究,从就业效果对人才培养模式进行了总结和反思。The modern apprenticeship system is an effective way to improve the training quality of applied majors.The practice of"modern apprenticeship"in wood processing technology of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agricultural and Forestry has achieved good results.In this paper,the"pilot class"of the first modern apprenticeship system of wood processing technology was followed up,and the mode of talent training was summarized and reflected from the employment effect.
