摘　　要：生涯规划对个人的发展尤其重要,它涵盖了生命的出生到结束,在幼儿时期进行的生涯规划主要是职业生涯前的规划,目的是为了以后的生涯发展做准备。帮助幼儿时期生涯规划的方式是生涯体验,它是幼儿与生涯内容进行直接接触的一种经历,主要包括生命体验、生活体验和职业体验,这三方面相辅相成,共同促进幼儿身心发展,为幼儿将来的人生指明方向、规划路线。Career planning is especially important for personal development.Career planning in early childhood is mainly pre-career planning,with the purpose of preparing for future career development.The way to help children's career planning is the career experience,which is a kind of experience that children have direct contact with career content.It mainly includes three aspects,namely life experience,lived experience and occupation experience.The main contents of the three aspects complement each other,jointly promoting the physical and mental development of young children,and pointing out the direction and planning route for the future life of young children.
