摘 要:众所周知,超声心动图诊断医师的专业性及实践性极强。当前,超声心动图医师进修培训的教学的报道仍是以教师带教上机为主的传统教学模式,而源于病例分析以学生为主的教学方法的报道较少。本文选取2015年3月-2016年3月在我院心内科超声心动图室进修的医师24名,分成两组:普通教学组,采取传统教学法;PBL组,采取基于病例分析的PBL教学法。学习结束后进行调查问卷、理论考试、临床诊查技能考核、诊查综合能力分析等,然后进行对比分析。结果发现PBL组的理论、检查技能考核和诊断综合分析能力考核均显著高于普通教学组,说明基于病例分析的PBL教学法能够明显提高进修医师在超声心动图诊断中的理论学习和实践能力。It is well known that echocardiographic diagnostic physicians are highly professional and practical.At present,the teaching report of echocardiographic doctor’s further training is still the traditional teaching mode,which mainly focuses on teachers’ teaching,while the report of case analysis based on students’ teaching method is less.Therefore,the PBL teaching method is of great significance to the training of echocardiographic refresher physicians.In order to improve the training quality of echocardiograph in our hospital comprehensively and comprehensively,24 doctors who studied in echocardiographic unit of cardiology department from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups:PBL teaching group and traditional teaching method;PBL group used PBL teaching method based on case analysis.Questionnaires,theoretical examinations and clinical investigation techniques were conducted after learning.We used Ability to assess,comprehensive ability analysis of diagnosis and so on in order to give them tests,and then comparative analysis.The results showed that the PBL group’s theory,examination skills and diagnostic comprehensive analysis ability were significantly higher than the general teaching group.It shows that PBL teaching method based on case analysis can significantly improve the theoretical learning and practical ability of advanced medical practitioners in the diagnosis of echocardiography.
