摘 要:将工匠精神培育融入高职思政课,是对高职院校“立德树人”目标的现实具象,也是推动高职内涵化建设的方法创新,有助于思政课教学效果和学生职业素质的提升。在工匠精神培育如何融入思政课方面,目前宏观“应然”研究多,精细“实然”探究少。“融入”需建立在严谨结构和丰富内涵基础上,因此,把握四个维度,贯通四大模块,利用课内课外两大域场,打通理论实践两条路径,渗透与阻隔并行,方为较务实的做法。To integrate the cultivation of craftsmen's spirits into the ideological and political theory course is the concretization of the educational goals of higher vocational colleges. It is also an innovation of teaching methods to improve the implication construction of higher vocational college education. It improves the effects of the political theory course and the students' professional standards. But in the case of how to integrate the cultivation of craftsmen's spirits into the political theory course, the current research focuses more on what should be, and pay less attention to what to be done. How to integrate should be designed meticulously. Four dimensions and four modules are needed. If those important designs can be used in theoretical and practical ways, by infiltrating or obstructing in and out of class, they can make good influence.
