摘  要:无轴承同步磁阻电机的悬浮运行需要实时检测转子径向位移,通常在电机内部安装机械位移传感器,该方法存在安装调试复杂、电机体积增大、系统可靠性降低、成本增加等问题。针对上述问题,将模型参考自适应转子位移估计方法应用到电机无位移传感器控制中。基于无轴承同步磁阻电机转矩绕组和悬浮绕组电流状态方程,建立了电机电流参考模型和可调模型,选取合适的自适应律对两个模型的输出误差进行调节,辨识出电机转子径向位移。研究结果表明,模型参考自适应法能有效跟踪电机转子位移变化,估算精度较高,系统动、静态性能良好。Bearingless synchronous reluctance motor (BSyRM) suspension operation requires real-time detection of rotor radial displacement,the mechanical displacement sensors are usually installed in the motor. This method has problems,such as complex installation,increased volume,reduced system reliability and increased cost. To solve the problems,the model reference adaptive system(MRAS) method was applied to the sensorless control of BSyRM. Based on the current state equations of torque windings and suspension windings,the reference model and adjustable model of the currents were established. The output error of the models was adjusted based on the adaptive law,so the motor displacements were estimated. The results show that the MRAS method can effectively track the displacement variation with high accuracy,the system has good dynamic and static performance.
