摘  要:会员是顾客中的最核心、忠诚度最高的部分群体,会员的忠诚给商场带来长期利润。商家能根据会员画像了解用户,从而发现会员的需求和购买力,策划促销,提高营业额。本文针对2018年全国大学生数学建模竞赛C题中的一些问题建立了大型百货商场对会员画像来预测每一位会员的购买力及会员价值和商品连带率的马可夫链数学模型。Membership is the core and the most loyal group of customers. Customers’ loyalty can bring long term profits for the department stores. Businessman understands customers according to their portrait so as to discover the members’ requirement and purchasing power, planning promotion and increase turnover. The thesis is focused on the problems in the 2018 National Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Model C and establish the portrait depiction of members in large department stores to predict every member’s purchasing power, member values and Markoff mathematical model of joint rate commodities.
