摘  要:老子之道蕴含着博大精深的育人之理,它是尊重个性之道,潜移默化之道,以身示范之道,爱心感化之道,“有无相生”之道,简朴无欲之道和勤勉践行之道。老子之道尊重学生的个性,讲求因材施教,要求教育者要以身垂范,用爱心感化学生,注重培养学生的人文素养和简朴品质,这对当今的育人实践具有十分有益的借鉴价值。The Way of Lao Tzu contains profound principles of education people,which is the way of respecting personality,influencing character by environment,demonstrating by example,influencing by love,existing between to or not to be,being simple without desires,and having diligence in practice.Lao Tzu' Tao values individual characters of students,educate someone according to his natural ability,requires educators to demonstrate by examples,conducts reformation education by love,pays much attention to cultivate students' humanistic accomplishment and simplicity personality.This has much significant reference in the present education practice of educating people.
