摘  要:从多角度出发,探索构建了适合于创新型人才培养的微生物学课程实验教学体系,以帮助学生建立合理的知识结构,引导学生关注本学科领域内的最新进展,关注社会生活,培养学生独立思考的能力、丰富的想象力和创造性思维,激发学生内在的成才意识,使学生拥有良好的自主学习能力和乐观上进的个性品质,保持终身学习的兴趣,倡导自主合作学习。通过微生物学实验教学改革,有效地培养大学生的创新能力,提升学生的科研水平,增强学生的社会服务能力,全面提高微生物学实验教学质量。In recent years,we have studied the teaching reform of microbiology experiment course in depth. The experimental teaching system which is suitable for the cultivation of innovative talents has been explored in many ways,such as helping students to construct a reasonable knowledge structure,guiding the students to pay attention to the latest progress in related field and social life,so that the students’ ability of independent thinking can be cultivated,their imagination and creative thinking can be enriched,the inherent sense of talent can be stimulated. The method cultivates the students’ ability of obtaining knowledge autonomously and optimistic personality,maintains their lifelong learning,advocates autonomous and cooperative learning. Through the microbiology experimental teaching reform, we can effectively cultivate the innovative ability of college students,improve their scientific research level,enhance their social service capabilities,and improve the quality of microbiology experimental teaching comprehensively.
