新时代、新形势下推进高校廉洁文化建设探析

摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史定位,同时,我们在发展过程中也面临着新的形势。我国的战略发展,离不开高校的人才培养,新时代、新形势下推进高校廉洁文化建设有利于提升高校管理效能和核心竞争力;有利于构建和谐校园;有利于提高大学生思想政治素质,同时也关系到培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者与可靠接班人这一核心目标。如何正确认识新时代、新形势的内涵,并与高校廉洁文化建设相结合,就十分必要,高校廉洁文化建设存在重视程度不够、方式方法不够灵活等问题,推进高校廉洁文化建设需强化认识,统筹领导,创新方式方法,加强理论研究,将廉洁文化建设融入到高校人才培养体系中去。The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is the new historical orientation of China's development. At the same time, we are also facing a new situation in the process of development. The strategic development of our country is inseparable from the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities. Promoting the construction of honest culture in Colleges and universities in the new era and new situation is conducive to improving the management efficiency and core competitiveness of colleges and universities;building a harmonious campus;improving the ideological and political quality of College students;and also related to the cultivation of qualified builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is the core goal of reliable successors. How to correctly understand the connotation of the new era and new situation and combine it with the construction of clean culture in Colleges and universities is very necessary. There are some problems in the construction of clean culture in Colleges and universities, such as insufficient attention and insufficient flexibility in ways and means. In order to promote the construction of clean culture in colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen understanding, overall leadership, innovative ways and means, and strengthen theoretical research. We should integrate honest culture into the personnel training system of universities.
