摘  要:经济全球化时代背景下,全球性环境问题的解决成为环境工程专业本科教学的重点。环境保护法规是掌握环境法学知识、解决环境法律问题的一门基础课程。通过传统教学与案例教学的有机结合,实现教与学的双向交流,提升教学质量,有利于培养本科生的创新实践能力。案例教学的逐步渗透主要从教学大纲的制定、教学内容的选取、教学方法的构建等三个方面展开,凸显环境保护法规的课程特色,为培养新形势下高素质实用型人才提供一条可行思路。Under the background of economic globalization, the solution to global environmental problems has become the focus of undergraduate teaching in environmental engineering. Environmental protection law is a basic course for mastering environmental legal knowledge and solving environmental legal issues. Through the organic combination of traditional teaching method and case teaching method, the two-way communication between teaching and learning is realized, and the quality of teaching is improved,which is conducive to cultivating undergraduates’ innovative practice ability. The gradual penetration of case teaching is carried out from three aspects: the formulation of the syllabus, the selection of teaching content, and the construction of teaching methods. It highlights the curriculum characteristics of environmental protection law, and provides a feasible idea for cultivating high-quality practical talents under the new situation.
