摘　　要：产学研合作教育方式将企业、高等学校、科研院所三者联系起来,相互促进,而校企合作便是这种教育改革的主要形式之一。20世纪以来,国外的许多高职院校教育改革就已经开始关注产学研合作教育模式,并广泛运用校企合作的方式。本文分析对比了德国、日本、美国以及英国与我国的校企合作制度,并在此基础上,结合我国的高职院校的教育改革现状,探索我国高职院校校企合作方式的改善措施。The way of production and research cooperative education link enterprise, vocational institute and research institutes. And school-enterprise cooperation is the main form of this kind of education reform. Since the 20th century, much foreign education reform has already started to pay attention to it. This article analyzes and contrasts school-enterprise cooperation in Germany, Japan, United States, United Kingdomand China. On the basis of that, this article explores improvements of schoolenterprise cooperation which is suitable for our country。
