摘　　要：本科生全程导师制是高校育人制度的新举措。本文以中北大学理学院2015级本科生为例,从全程导师制的辅导模式、实施内容、开展情况和初步成效四个方面进行剖析,为学院的教育教学改革提供理论支撑。The full tutorial system for the undergraduate students is a new program in the higher education. Take the 2015 undergraduate students of NUC for examples, this paper presents the guidance modes, the contents, the implementations and the effects for the full tutorial system and it will provide theoretical support for the practical teaching reform of colleges and un iversities.
