摘 要:文章对Ch-Oxa进行了制备和表征,并对Ch-Oxa和浓硫酸辅助微藻油脂提取进行了研究,推导出了低共熔溶剂辅助微藻中性油脂提取过程的动力学模型。研究结果表明:Ch-Oxa中存在氢键且具有较好的热稳定性;小球藻Chlorella sp.的中性油脂含量最大值为2.6%;浓硫酸和Ch-Oxa的加入量均与中性油脂含量呈正相关,0.2 g藻粉中加入0.08 g Ch-Oxa或12μL浓硫酸均能够使提取的中性油脂含量达到最大值;Ch-Oxa辅助微藻中性脂提取的过程符合一级动力学方程■。The preparation and characterization of Ch-Oxa were carried out. Then the extraction of microalgae oil pretreated by Ch-Oxa and concentrated sulfuric acid was studied. Finally, the kinetic model of microalgae neutral oil extraction process pretreated by deep eutectic solvent was derived.The results suggest hydrogen bond in Ch-Oxa has excellent thermodynamic stability. The highest neutral oil extraction from Chlorella sp. is 2.6%, when 0.08 g of Ch-Oxa or 12 μL of concentrated sulfuric acid is used to pretreat 0.2 g microalgae. The neutral oil extraction correlates with the concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid or Ch-Oxa. The process of microalgae neutral lipid 2.6 extraction pretreated by Ch-Oxa is in accordance with the first-order power ㏑2.6/2.6-c=0.1027t.
