摘  要:细胞生物学是研究和揭示细胞基本生命活动规律的科学,同时,作为现代生命科学中一门重要的前沿学科,是生物科学、生物技术类本科专业的核心课程之一。从学科自身特点出发,以普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材《细胞生物学》(第四版)为例,结合自身数年的细胞生物学课程教学实践,对教学内容安排、教学方式改进等环节的一些具体问题和措施进行了总结,旨在为提高课程的教学质量和学习效果提供一定参考。Cell biology is a science that studies and reveals the basic law of cellular life activities, as an important basic and frontier discipline in modern life sciences as well, which has been one of the core courses of biology and biotechnology undergraduate. From the perspective of characteristics of the subject and taking the general higher education "11 th Five-Year" national planning materials "Cell Biology"(fourth edition) written mainly by professor Zhai Zhonghe ,Wang Xizhong and Ding Mingxiao as an example, this paper sums up some specific problems and measures about teaching content arrangement and teaching methods improvement combined with years of teaching practice of the authors themselves to provide some teaching references so as to improve the teaching quality and learning effect of the course.
