摘　　要：信息技术的蓬勃发展对音乐传播产生了重要的影响,使传统音乐学习方式出现了变化,发挥信息技术的支撑作用能促进音乐移动学习平台的构建,进而实现对传统音乐的自媒体传播和学习,全方位提高传统音乐的移动学习效果。文章在简要分析自媒体音乐移动平台建设情况的基础上,针对自媒体下传统音乐移动学习平台的建设进行了探究,力求能为传统音乐学习提供良好的支持。The vigorous development of information technology has an important influence on music communication, which makes the traditional music learning mode change, and giving full play to the supporting role of information technology can promote the construction of music mobile learning platform, and then realize the self-media transmission and learning of traditional music, and improve the mobile learning effect of traditional music in all directions. Based on the brief analysis of the construction of the self-media music mobile platform, this paper probes into the construction of the traditional music mobile learning platform under the self-media, and strives to provide good support for the traditional music learning.
