摘 要:地震和岸桥结构都极其复杂,进行岸桥地震研究存在较多不确定性,为了降低后期模型试验中的黑箱现象,首先对地震灾害现场岸桥结构破坏情况进行统计,明确岸桥结构地震激励下的主要破坏形式以及主要失效构件,再采用仿真计算对比各主要构件对岸桥整体结构地震响应的影响,验证岸桥地震激励下门腿绕Z轴的弯曲刚度对整机影响占主导作用。研究的结论可以作为试验方案的指导,在保证试验顺利进行且结果准确可靠的前提下大幅提高试验效率。The earthquake phenomenon and container crane structure are extremely complex,and there are many uncertainties in seismic and container crane research.In order to reduce the black-box phenomenon in the later model test,the influence of main components of the container crane on the overall response to the earthquake load is studied.The damage condition of the structure and the main failure modes and main failure components of the container crane under the earthquake is investigated.The main damage type and the main failure components of the container crane structure are confirmed.The influences of the main components of the container crane on the overall response of the crane structure are simulated,and the results are analyzed and compared.It is verified that the bending stiffness of the gantry leg around the zaxis has the dominant influence on the container crane structure.The conclusion can be used as the guidance for the test scheme preparation.
