摘 要:在石化企业,气流在弯头、异径管处发生冲击,使得管道产生强烈受迫振动,影响机组的正常运行和生产。针对管道振动现象,建立了二维门型管道振动试验台,首先利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对管道模型进行建模,得到前五阶固有频率,管道的第1阶固有频率为20Hz,并用作调谐质量阻尼器的目标频率。在管道上安装调谐质量阻尼器(TMD),实验研究调谐质量阻尼器振动控制技术抑制管道振动的影响规律。结果表明,调谐质量阻尼器能有效控制目标频率附近频带的振动,降幅达81%,在管道不同位置安装调谐质量阻尼器都具有很好的减振效果,但在其他频带减振效果差。在调谐质量阻尼器上施加半主动开关控制策略后,可消除移频效应,目标频率的降幅可达98%,最终实现变频调节,宽频减振。In petrochemical engineering,airflow impacts at elbows and reducers are very common,which cause strong forced vibrations in the pipeline and affect the normal operation and production of the unit.For studying the pipeline vibration phenomenon,a two-dimensional portal pipeline vibration test rig is set up.First of all,the ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to model the pipeline to obtain the first five natural frequencies.The first order natural frequency of the pipeline is found to be 20 Hz,which is used as the target frequency of the tuned mass damper (TMD).Then,the TMD is installed in the pipeline and its effect for vibration control of the pipeline is experimentally studied.The results show that the TMD can effectively control the vibration in the frequency band near the target frequency.The vibration level can be reduced by 81 %.The installation of the TMDs at different positions of the pipeline has a good damping effect,but the damping effect is poor in the other frequency bands.By applying a semi-active switching control strategy in the tuned mass damper,the frequency shifting effect can be eliminated and the target frequency can be reduced by up to 98 %.The frequency conversion adjustment and broadband vibration reduction are realized.
