摘　　要：职业院校技能大赛自2008到2018年已经连续举办了11届。大赛运行伴随大赛制度建设的发展历程,形成了完善的职业教育技能竞赛体系、完备的竞赛制度框架和完善的竞赛组织架构,也形成了专属于大赛的特色创新。但从大赛可持续发展角度来看,应将大赛纳入人才培养模式,构建大赛质量评价体系,并基于“公平”视角和“可持续发展”视角进行大赛制度设计。The vocational college skills competition has been held for 11 years since 2008. The operation of the competition runs along with the development of the institution construction. It has formed an excellent vocational education skills competition system, a complete competition institution framework and an excellent competition organizational structure, as well as the characteristic innovation which is exclusive to the competition. However, from the perspective of sustainable development, the vocational college skill competition should be incorporated into talent cultivation model.Competition quality evaluation system should be constructed, and competition institution system should be designed based on "equity" and "sustainable development" perspective.
