高中哲学常识课运用激励教学的策略研究

摘  要:激励教学策略具有鼓舞学生信心、激励学生上进、唤醒学生内动力以及反馈学生优点和不足的特点。但经调查发现,目前激励教学策略在思政课的实际的教学运用中存在以下几种情况:思政教师对激励教学的作用认知不足、思政教师激励教学形式过于单一化、思政教师激励教学时机把握不够精准等一系列的问题,从而阻碍了激励教学作用的发挥。文章针对存在的问题,结合现实的情况和条件,从教师的角度提出了几点建议。Incentive teaching strategy can inspire students’confidence,motivate students to move forward,awaken students’ internal motivation and feedback students’advantages and disadvantages.However,it is found that there are some problems in the practical teaching application of incentive teaching strategy at present.For example,the political teachers do not know enough about the role of incentive teaching,the form of political teachers’incentive teaching is too simple,and the timing of political teachers’ incentive teaching is not accurate enough,and so on.These problems hinder the role of incentive teaching.In view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the main causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions according to the actual situation and conditions.
