摘　　要：王阳明心学对“心”这一人类精神现象从伦理本体、宇宙本体、认识本体、情感本体等角度作了独特的阐述,提出了“心即理”“心之本体是良知”“心之本体常觉常照”“心之本体是乐”等命题和观点,极大地丰富了中国传统心性学的思想理论体系,深化了人类对“心”的体认。改革开放以来,中国企业家群体的贡献得到认同,被赋予“经济脊梁”的美誉。然而调查表明,中国企业家群体已成为心理疾病的高危人群,已发生的诸多企业家违法犯罪、企业家自杀、企业家过劳死、企业家焦虑症等负面事例显示,企业家心态的健康问题日趋严峻。王阳明心学等中华优秀传统文化中丰富的思想资源,可以为培育企业家健康向上的良好心态提供理论支持和方法启迪,有助企业家更好地为中国特色社会主义市场经济的改革创新做出更大的贡献。Wang Yangming's philosophy of mind makes a unique exposition of the human spiritual phenomenon of “mind” from the angles of ethical,cosmic,cognitive and emotional noumenon,and puts forward the propositions and viewpoints that mind is reason,the noumenon of mind is conscience,the noumenon of mind is constant,and the noumenon of mind is joy,which greatly enriches the ideological and theoretical system of traditional Chinese psycho-nature theory and deepens the human's understanding of “mind-nature”.Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese entrepreneurs have made great contribution and they are given the reputation of “economic backbone”.However,the survey shows that Chinese entrepreneurs have high risk of mental illness.From many negative cases such as entrepreneurs' crime,suicide,death from overwork and anxiety,we find that the health problems of entrepreneurs' mentality are becoming more and more serious.Wang Yangming's philosophy of mind and other rich ideological resources in Chinese excellent traditional culture can provide theoretical support and methodological enlightenment for cultivating entrepreneurs' healthy and upward mentality,and help entrepreneurs make greater contributions to the reform and innovation of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
