摘  要:民办高等教育内外部环境的改变,正打破并重建着民办大学在规模扩张期形成的格局,一批民办大学的脱颖而出进而建成一流将成为可能。而社会各界对于一流民办大学概念内涵尚未形成统一认识,结合国家"双一流"建设以及新时期对一流大学回归本科教育的呼吁,需要以人才培养为要义界定一流民办大学概念,并进一步勾画出其内涵特征。一流民办大学的建设需要内外发力:一是明确自身现状分步建设,以点带面寻求突破;二是客观应对办学困境,积极发挥办学优势;三是以生为本重视校友,拓展经费加大投入;最后还需要政府的持续支持与外部评价的正向引导。The change of internal and external environment of private higher education is breaking and rebuilding the structure formed in the initial stage of scale expansion, and it will be possible for a number of private universities to stand out and become first-class. In view of the few and scattered discussions on the concept and connotation of first-class private universities, and top universities are required to pay more attention to undergraduate education, it is necessary to further clarify the concept of first-class private universities and find out the connotation according to the current situation. The construction of first-class private universities cannot be divorced from reality. First of all, we should clarify the current situation and seek breakthroughs with points and surfaces. Secondly, we should objectively deal with the difficulties and give full play to the advantages of private universities. Thirdly, we should value alumni for resources and rationally optimize resource allocation. In addition, the continuous support of the government and positive guidance of third-party evaluation are also needed.
