摘　　要："一带一路"倡议的提出对西部高校的发展具有重要意义。目前,甘肃省高校学科平台服务于"一带一路"的水平还有待提升,主要表现在"一带一路"背景平台总体实力较弱、人才培养结构问题突出和"一带一路"研究范围比较狭窄。为进一步提升甘肃省高校学科平台服务"一带一路"建设的能力,应认定备案一批"一带一路"学科与人才培养基地、打造"中亚研究"教育品牌、在中亚地区探索创办实体性大学、加大与沿线国家的教育与合作交流、以优势学科引领"一带一路"建设。The Belt and Road Initiative is of great significance to the development of universities in the western China. At present, the level of discipline platform of universities in Gansu province servicing for The Belt and Road Initiative has yet to be improved, mainly because the overall strength of The Belt and Road Initiative background platform is weak, the problem of the personnel training structure is outstanding, and the scope of The Belt and Road Initiative research is relatively narrow. In order to further enhance the ability of discipline platform of universities in Gansu Province serving for The Belt and Road Initiative, it should record a number of "Belt and Road" disciplines and talent training bases, build '* Central Asian Studies" education brand, exploring the establishment of a solid university in Central Asia, increasing education cooperation and exchanges with countries along the route and leading the The Belt and Road Initiative construction by the advantageous subjects of Gansu province.
