摘 要:本文从我国当前经济、政治、文化和社会的新特征出发,论述了学生发展核心素养培育的必要性。在经济发展领域,我国产业结构转型要求学生深入理解技术与人类文明的有机联系;消费升级需要学生理解生命意义和人生价值。在政治领域,我国民主法治的发展要求学生具有规则与法治意识,积极履行公民义务,理性行使公民权利;全球化背景下的民族国家复兴大任又要求学生能自觉捍卫国家主权、尊严和利益,理解人类命运共同体的内涵与价值。在文化领域,继承和发展中华优秀传统文化,并要求学生借鉴国外先进文化。在社会结构上,城乡一体化发展和阶层的流动要求学生具有积极的心理品质,坚韧乐观,具有适应复杂环境并行动的能力。From the perspective of Marxism theory, this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating Chinese students,key competencies in the new conditions of economy, politics, society and culture. The biggest challenge of Chinese economy is the transition of the industrial structure. In the field of economic development . China's industrial structure transformation requires students to deeply understand the organic connection between technology and human civilization, and has the spirit of people-oriented and practical innovation. Consumption upgrading requires students to understand the meaning of life and the value of life. In the political field, the development of democracy and the rule of law in China require students to have the rule consciousness and legal sense, actively fulfill their civic obligations, exercise their civil rights rationally, advocate freedom and equality, and safeguard social fairness and justice. The national rejuvenation under the background of globalization requires students to be conscious of defending national sovereignty, dignity and interests, and understand the connotation and value of the community of human destiny. In the field of culture, inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture, learning and innovating foreign advanced culture requires students to have the accumulation of basic knowledge and achievements in the field of humanities and Chinese and foreign cultures, respecting the diversity and diversity of world culture and having cultural comprehension and creativity. In terms of social structure, the development of urban-rural integration and the mobility and integration of the class require students to have positive psychological qualities, self-confidence, self-love, toughness and optimism, to choose a suitable development direction according to their own personality and potential . and to have the ability to adapt to complex environments and act.
