摘  要:本研究运用标准化病人结合客观结构化临床考试考察本科助产专业学生沟通技能,设置了病史采集、体格检查、病历书写、健康宣教和正常分娩五个考站,由经过培训的标准化孕产妇作为沟通技能部分的考官,学生通过小组合作的形式参与多站考核,并参考SOBP标准和SEGUE量表制定了标准化孕产妇评价助产沟通技能专用量表,为低成本、高质量的助产模拟医学考试实践提供了模板。标准化孕产妇在考后反馈中,指出了标准化孕产妇的首要身份是病人,助产士的服务对象应围绕人,以及深入推进"以孕产妇为中心"的人文护理理念等问题。To examine communication skills of midwifery undergraduates,the study used standardized patients combining objective structured clinical examinations.It consisted with five stations: history taking,physical examination,medical record,health education and normal childbirth.Well-trained standardized pregnant women played the role of examiners on communication skills,while students participated in multi-station examination through teamwork.Special rating scales used by standardized pregnant women to assess communication skills were designed with reference to SOBP and SEGUE framework.This practice provides a template for low-cost,high-quality midwifery simulation medical examination.In the post-test debrief,standardized maternal women pointed out that the primary status of standardized pregnant women was patients,midwives should serve around people,and the concept of “maternal-centered” humanistic care should be further promoted.
