摘　　要：目的了解目前上海市黄浦区脑卒中患者社区康复网络建设进展情况,分析存在的问题并提出相关建议。方法采用定性研究方法,以小组访谈和个人访谈的形式对参与黄浦区脑卒中患者社区康复网络建设的医务人员进行调查。结果访谈对象表示,脑卒中患者社区康复网络运行后,社区的康复管理工作从无到有,填补了社区六位一体中的康复功能,为今后社区开展卒中康复、卒中患者管理提供了借鉴经验。但全科医生的康复治疗技术不能完全满足患者需求,实际纳入管理的社区脑卒中患者较少,绩效考核制度尚不完善。结论将脑卒中康复列为社区全科医生常态化工作并完善绩效考核制度,加强社区康复人才队伍建设,完善区域脑卒中康复管理信息化建设。OBJECTIVE To investigate the progress of community rehabilitation network construction for stroke patients in Huangpu District,Shanghai,and analyze the existing problems so as to put forward relevant suggestions. METHODS A qualitative study was carried out among medical workers of community rehabilitation network construction for stroke patients in Huangpu District. Group discussions and personal interviews were conducted. RESULTS The interviewees indicated that after the operation of the community rehabilitation network for stroke patients,the rehabilitation management of the community was started from scratch,filling the rehabilitation function of the“Six in One”of the community health service system,and providing experience for the future communities to carry out stroke rehabilitation and stroke patients’management. However,the rehabilitation technique of the general practitioners could not fully meet the needs of the patients. Few stoke patients in the community were recruited into rehabilitation management,and the performance evaluation system was not perfect. CONCLUSION Stroke rehabilitation should be classified as normalization work of community general practitioners and performance evaluation system should be improved. It was necessary to strength the construction of community rehabilitation talents and improve the informatization construction of regional stroke rehabilitation management.
