摘　　要：职业教育文化是启迪和引领发展职业教育发展的精神动力,是职业教育发展的软实力。传承是职教文化之源,创新是职业教育文化的生命力,职业教育应通过文化再造,建立起富有职业特色的教育文化体系。Vocational education culture is the spirit and soft power to inspire and guide the development of vocational education.Vocational educational tradition is the cradle of the vocational education culture while innovation brings new vitality to it.Therefore,vocational education culture with strong professional characteristics should be developed through continuous innovation on the basis of the vocational education tradition.
