摘 要:新时代对技工院校的教学质量提出了更高的要求。技工院校加强教学管理有利于技工院校自身的发展,有利于技工院校应对激烈的生源竞争。但是,当前,技工院校的教学管理还存在着制度僵化,校企合作管理不到位,教学行为不规范,教学质量监控与评价体系不健全等问题。技工院校加强教学管理制度建设,让企业参与学校的教学活动,创建校企联合的教学管理模式,完善教学质量监控与评价体系,十分重要。In the new age,it is more urgent for technical schools to meet social requirements for higher teaching quality through reinforced teaching management.It not only helps with the development of these schools themselves but also motivates them to cope with fierce competition over students.However,many schools are perplexed with some problems like fossilized and imperfect management system,improper management over school-enterprise cooperation,non-standard teaching practice and unsound teaching quality supervision and appraisal system,etc.To cope with the situation,technical schools should introduce enterprise cooperators to the construction of teaching management systems so as to establish a joint management model and improve their teaching quality supervision and appraisal system.
