摘  要:在信息化教学技术普及的今天,职业教育专业课中利用信息化教学的场景不多,提高学生学习兴趣、增强学生实践动手能力较为困难,通过企业实践锻炼和教育实践,利用信息化教学技术设计专业课程的教学效果良好。主要以高职食品加工技术专业“食品分析与检验”课程中“比色皿法测定食品维C含量”为例,从该课程的内容整合出发,介绍信息化技术手段的应用,较大程度地激发了学生的专业学习热情,培养了自主学习能力,增强了团队合作意识,学生在掌握专业知识的同时,也历练了岗位工作,保证了技能型人才培养的教学质量。Today,with the popularization of information technology,there are not many scenes of using information teaching in professional courses in vocational education,and it is difficult to increase students'interest in learning and enhance students'ability to practice and practice.To practice exercise and practice education through enterprise practice.The teaching effect of designing specialized courses using information technology is good.This article mainly through the“the coloring method of plating to determine the content of food vitamin C”as an example of the project,which was one of the higher vocational food processing technology Food Analysis and Inspection course from the content of the course integration,introduced the application of information technology means.To a large extent,it has stimulated students'enthusiasm for professional learning,cultivated their ability to learn independently,and strengthened the team's sense of cooperation.At the same time,students have mastered their professional knowledge and also practiced the job work essence,ensuring the quality of teaching for the cultivation of skilled talents.
