摘　　要：随着旅游事业和现代远程开放教育的不断发展,教育模式与学生个人事业发展的耦合逐渐引起了人们的关注。文章从此角度切入,运用方差分析和多元线性回归分析等方法探析远程教育不同人才培养模式下的毕业生在薪资水平和所处职位方面的区别以及相关专业素养与职业发展潜力之间的耦合状况。在此基础上,从网络教学基础设施和资源利用率、远程教育人才培养模式构建和师资人才的培养等角度提出建议。With the continuous development of tourism and modern distance and open education,the coupling of education mode and students'individual career development has gradually attracted people's attention.From this point of view,this paper uses the methods of variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the differences in salary level and position of graduates under different talent cultivation modes of distance education,as well as the coupling between relevant professional quality and career development potential.On this basis,the network teaching infrastructure and resource utilization,distance education talent training mode construction and teacher talent training and other perspectives are come up with.
