摘 要:教育改革已经进行了许多年,但收效甚微,中小学的培养模式不断受到质疑,教育的高投入低产出是中国教育的最大痛点,这种高投入的状态包括社会对教育的高度关注,家庭对教育的高度期望和学校对教育的高度付出,其直接结果就是在教育对象的身上施加一层又一层地负担,使得“减负”成为我们这个时代的重要符号。究其问题的根源是对教育没有一个科学理性的认识,从教育哲学的角度去思考中小学减负问题可以厘清为什么要减负、如何减负、减负何去何从等问题。并通过三个维度即教育本体论、教育认识论、教育价值论的分析去剖析教育的真谛,去帮助人们正确认识教育,从根本上卸掉孩子们的负担与包袱,真正去享受教育带给他们的快乐与满足。The education reform has been undergoing for so many years, yet with little success and the cultivation modes of elementary and secondary schools have been questioned constantly. The main failure of Chinese education is low output with high input. The high input includes high attention to the education from the society, high expectation from education on the part of families and great contribution of schools to education. The high input leads to more and more burden on the education objects, which makes alleviating the burdens become an important symbol in our era. The root of the problem is that there is no scientific and rational recognition on education. Alleviating the education burden should be thought over from the perspective of education philosophy to figure out these problems: Why alleviate the burden? How to alleviate? And the possible result of it. This paper analyzes the essence of education from three dimensions: education ontology, education epistemology and education axiology, helping people better understand education, so that the education burden can be removed from the root and the students can enjoy the happiness and satisfaction brought by education.
