摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在皮肤性病学教学过程中的应用。方法选取某军医大学2013级临床医学五年制本科学员共计156名,随机分为两组,每组78名,分别采用传统讲授教学模式和翻转课堂教学模式进行授课。授课结束后分别对两组学员进行理论考试和问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果与传统教学模式相比,翻转课堂教学模式在理论成绩和教学满意度等方面均有优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在皮肤性病学教学过程中使用翻转课堂教学模式有利于提高学员的学习兴趣和培养学员的独立思考、自主学习的能力,教学效果良好。Objective To explore the application of the flipped classroom teaching method in department of dermatology. Methods A total of 156 five-year undergraduate students of clinical medicine in grade 2013 of a Military Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 78 students in each group, teaching by flipped classroom teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively. After the end of teaching work, theoretical examination and questionnaire were conducted for the two groups, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the traditional teaching method group, the flipped classroom teaching method group had advantages in theoretical achievements and teaching satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the course of Dermatology and Venereology teaching, compared with the traditional teaching mode, the use of flipped classroom teaching method is more conducive to improving students’ interest in learning and cultivating their ability of independent thinking and self-learning, and the teaching effect is satisfactory. Therefore, the flipped classroom mode brings a new way for the reform of dermatology teaching of Military Medical University.
