基于PDCA循环的护理实习生分层技能培训的应用效果及对护理教学质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于PDCA循环的护理实习生分层技能培训的应用效果及对护理教学质量的影响。方法选取2017年在我院实习的55例护生为对照组,2018年在我院实习的55例护生为研究组。对照组采用常规的分层技能培训,研究组采用基于PDCA循环的分层技能培训。比较两组的技能培训效果及护理教学质量。结果实习结束后,研究组护生的理论知识、病历书写、操作技能、服务态度、实践操作评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实习结束后,研究组护生的创新能力、解决问题能力、综合表达能力、自主学习能力、知识应用能力及操作能力得分均高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论对护理实习生实施基于PDCA循环的分层技能培训可以显著改善培训效果及实习生的各项护理综合能力,对护理教学质量的提高有明显促进作用,值得在护理教学工作中大力推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of stratification skills training of nursing interns based on PDCA cycle and its influence on quality of nursing teaching. Methods A total of 55 nursing students who were internship in our hospital in 2017 were selected as control group, 55 nursing students who were internship in our hospital in 2018 were selected as research group. The control group used regular stratification skills training, and the research group used stratification skills training based on PDCA cycle. The effects of skill training and the quality of nursing teaching in the two groups were compared.Results After internship, the scores of theoretical knowledge, medical record writing, operational skills, service attitude,practical operation and total score of the nursing students in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after internship, the scores of innovative ability, problem-solving ability, comprehensive expression ability, self-learning ability, knowledge application ability and operation ability in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of stratification skills training of nursing interns based on PDCA cycle for nursing interns can significantly improve the training effect and the comprehensive nursing ability of interns, has a significant effect on the improvement of nursing teaching quality, which is worthy of vigorous popularization and application in nursing teaching.
