微格教学法在体育院校速度滑冰教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：为快速提高体育院校速度滑冰课程教学质量,培养更多数量的教学水平更高、教学能力更强的速度滑冰专业毕业生,助力“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的实现,对微格教学法在体育院校速度滑冰教学中的应用进行研究。应用结果:应用微格教学法的2018级速度滑冰普修课学生500m计时成绩、学生成绩定性分布等好于未应用的2017级学生。分析:微格教学法具有应用对象为体育术科类学生、制定针对性较强的个性化教学设计、应用时机灵活化、应用设备多元化等特征。应用前景:在速度滑冰、短道速滑专修课的应用常态化,在速度滑冰普修课的应用普及化,在普通高校术科课程中的应用广泛化。In order to rapidly improve the teaching quality of speed skating courses in physical education colleges, train more graduates of speed skating with higher teaching level and higher teaching ability, and help the realization of “300 million people involved in ice and snow sports0 . The law is applied in the teaching of speed skating in physical education colleges. The micro-teaching method has the application target of physical education students, and has developed a highly targeted personalized teaching design,flexible application timing,and diversified application equipment. Application results: The 2018 speed skating general course of students using the micro-teaching method has a 500m time score and a qualitative distribution of student scores,which is better than the unapplied 2017 students. Analysis:The microteaching method has the application target of physical education students, and has developed a highly targeted personalized teaching design,flexible application liming, and diversified application equipment. Application prospects: The application of speed skating and short track speed skating courses is normalized , and the application of speed skating general course is popularized ,and its application in general college courses is extensive.
