摘　　要：跨界活动的本质是知识的流动过程,创业者常借助参与跨界活动以实现拓展社会关系网络及获取关键、稀缺性资源等目标,而跨界活动对创业者成功的作用及影响因素尚有待进一步研究。本文基于社会心理学与资源拼凑理论,通过实地访谈与问卷调查,探索外群体信任、跨界活动及创业者成功等因素之间的关系。研究表明,在外群体信任较高的情况下,创业者更乐于参与跨界活动;跨界活动可以通过经济回报、心理满足感与社会地位等方面对创业者成功产生积极、正面的影响。本文有助于从社会心理学的角度认识创业者的跨界活动行为,也有助于从资源拼凑理论视角认识外群体信任与跨界活动对创业者成功的影响,并对相关主体制定政策或指导创业实践活动提供了经验证据与启示。The essence of boundary spanning activities is the process of knowledge flow.Entrepreneurs often take part in boundary spanning activities to achieve the goal of expanding social network and acquiring key and scarce resources.However,the role of boundary spanning activities in entrepreneurial success and its influencing factors need to be further studied.Based on social psychology and entrepreneurial bricolage perspective,this paper explores the relationship among outgroup trust,boundary spanning and entrepreneurial success through field interviews and questionnaires.The results show that entrepreneurs are more willing to participate in boundary spanning activities when outgroup trust is high.Boundary spanning activities can have a positive impact on entrepreneurial success through economic returns,psychological satisfaction and social status.This paper is helpful to understand entrepreneurs’ boundary spanning activities from the perspective of social psychology.It also helps to understand the impact of outgroup trust and boundary spanning activities on entrepreneurial success from the perspective of entrepreneurial bricolage.It also provides empirical evidence and inspiration for relevant subjects to formulate policies or guide entrepreneurship practice activities.
