摘  要:在高职教育新形式下,有机化学课程需逐渐将工匠精神渗透到日常教学活动中。通过营造具有工匠精神的课堂氛围,将工匠精神融入到课程教学目标、、课程教学设计、、课程考核标准和有机化学课程教学实践中。通过深化产教融合,实施现代学徒制,培育现代工匠;通过培养创新精神改进实验方法,培养学生的职业素养来全面提升工匠精神;使学生在相关职业岗位上成长为精益求精的能工巧匠,满足新时代对人才的需求。In the new form of higher vocational education,Organic Chemistry courses need to gradually infiltrate artisan spirit into daily teaching activities.By creating a classroom atmosphere with artisan spirit,the artisan spirit will be integrated into the teaching goals,curriculum design,curriculum assessment standards and Organic Chemistry course teaching practice.Through deepening the integration of labor and education,the implementation of modern apprenticeship system and the cultivation of modern craftsmen,improving the experiment method by cultivating the innovative spirit,and cultivating the student s professional literacy to comprehensively enhance craftsman s spirit,students grown up in related professional positions as skilled craftsmen to meet the needs of talents in the new era.
