摘　　要：地方本科院校对学生的培养应紧紧围绕技术技能型人才这一目标进行,基于此,在土木工程专业教学改革中,致力于学生技术和技能的培养,在教学过程中突出工程实践,增强学生的操作能力,以更好地适应高校人才培养模式由学术教育向职业教育的改变。According to teaching demands of training high quality practical and technical talents in local university, some reforming measures are taken in the teaching reform of civil engineering speciality to cultivate students' techniques and skills. In the course of teaching, engineering practice and the students' operational ability are given prominence in order to better meet the conversion of the talent cultivating pattern of local universities from academic type to application one.
